The Life Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP) is a philanthropically‑funded initiative of Developmental Disabilities Ministries (DDM) that provides meaningful, joy‑filled experiences for adults with developmental disabilities. While Medicaid funding supports essential daily care, LEAP fills the critical gap by funding the experiences that create connection, confidence, and belonging.
