The Information Management and Performance Improvement Report for the year 2011 is the result of extensive surveying of residents, parents/sponsors, trustees, staff, and other stakeholders of Developmental Disabilities Ministries, Inc., along with the accumulation of other data. This study showed that the agency continues to do an excellent job in providing the highest quality of effective and efficient service, reasonable access to service delivery, and overall satisfaction of residents and other stakeholders.
In addition to the annual survey, an evaluation of DDM was commissioned by the Board of Trustees. This evaluation was conducted by an expert outside consultant and is very comprehensive, including personal interviews with stakeholders. The evaluation, received February 2011, was also taken into consideration for the IMPE report.
Suggestions for improvement have been taken into consideration for study and action. Performance Goals developed in this Information Management and Performance Improvement Report will be used to facilitate organizational decision making and strategic planning. Performance information will be shared with DDM stakeholders.
Current priorities include:
• follow-up on evaluation study recommendations
• fund-raising/finances
• facilities maintenance
• improved staff teamwork
