DDM Staff...

Developmental Disabilities Ministries has a large staff of full-time and part-time workers (home managers and coordinators) who are scattered throughout the state working at our various group home sites. The Administrative Staff is located out of DDM's central office, The Richard C. Davis Building, at 6320 Amherst Ct., Norcross, GA 30092. All may be reached through the main switchboard number, 770-623-4899.

Dr. Bill Neal has served as President/CEO of Developmental Disabilities Ministries since July 1, 2007, when he was elected to succeed Dr. Richard Davis. Dr. Neal has served as Development Director for DDM since 2005.

Prior to joining the DDM staff, Dr. Neal served as Editor of The Christian Index, Director of the Department of Student Work for the Georgia Baptist Convention, Associate Editor of The Christian Index, and Campus Minister at Columbus College . He won numerous awards from the Baptist Communicators Association during his time with The Christian Index.

Neal is a graduate of Columbus College, in his hometown, and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned both a Master's degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree.

Dr. and Mrs. Neal reside in Stone Mountain and are members of Decatur First Baptist Church. They have a grown daughter and three grandchildren.
