About DDM...

DDM is a nonprofit, charitable corporation serving adults with developmental
disabilities and their families. DDM owns and operates 18 group homes/apartments

DDM is supported by churches, endowments, memorials, foundations, some resident (disability)/family payments, and individual contributions. Services are provided to persons with developmental disabilities regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or ability to pay for services.

DDM has 501(c)(3) non-profit status with the IRS, and is nationally accredited by CARF. All group homes are licensed by the Department of Human Resources and DDM is an approved provider of Medicaid Waiver services in Georgia. DDM staff and programs have received the Governors Council Award of Excellence; The Above and Beyond Award of the Georgia Council on Nonprofits, The Ann Sullivan Award, and The Best Practices award by Georgia DHR.
